How can I use the SNOO App with Twins or Multiples?

Having Twins or Triplets? We have now built an iOS option for parents with multiple SNOO’s and it’s called our Switch Account feature!

With this new option, you can link multiple SNOO’s to your SNOO App for easy access to all your SNOO’s, instead of having to log in and out each time. To access, make sure you have the newest version of the iOS SNOO App and head to the Settings page. 

How do I link my accounts?

It’s easy! If you already have each of your SNOO’s paired, under Accounts select +Add Account and Log In to the SNOO account you want to link. If you just received your SNOO’s, you will have to pair them individually, by selecting Sign Up and creating an account. Repeat this step for as many rental or purchase SNOO’s you have.

Note: This feature was created to link multiple SNOO accounts. You will not be able to build multiple profiles for one SNOO.

How do I switch accounts?

Once you have added all the SNOO accounts under your SNOO app, to hop from SNOO to the next, simply click on the SNOO you would like to view and control. From there you can easily head to SNOO’s Dashboard to level SNOO up and down. Or head to the Settings page to modify features to fit your baby’s preferences!

How do I remove SNOO Accounts?

Once your little one’s have graduated from SNOO or you no longer need the multiple SNOO’s linked head into the Settings page to get started. Once there, select the account you would like to remove. In the My Account profile, select Log Out, the app will confirm with you that you want to log out of one account or all accounts. Once completed the account will be removed from the list!
