You will see an App screen that says “SNOO Unavailable”, if SNOO loses its connection with your Home WiFi network. This may occur under the following scenarios.
- SNOO is powered OFF
- Your Home WiFi network is not working
- SNOO has been moved outside of your Home WiFi router’s range
- SNOO WiFi button has been turned OFF (For more on SNOO WiFi button, go here à link to wherever you talk about the SNOO WiFi button)
If you’ve confirmed that cases 1-4 above are not applicable to you, then restart SNOO by unplugging it from its power source and restarting SNOO, and log out of your SNOO App and log back in, and see if the issue persists.
