If your SNOO’s activity button is blinking red, we have some quick and easy steps for you to follow:
- Please make sure the WiFi button is pushed in. The WiFi button is located next to power button on the bottom of the platform.
- Unplug and plug your SNOO. It will take about 5 minutes to reboot, the button will flash white for several seconds and then will turn solid white.
- You are now all set to start using SNOO.
